Life with Mr. Banks, Yoko, Jordan, and Pike — Frenchie chaos, road trips, dog events, live music, and everything in between.
The Crew
Yoko
Yoko came into our lives in 2023. It was either get Yoko or take a honeymoon… and I chose Yoko without hesitation!
We adopted her from someone who needed help finding loving homes for several dogs, and from the moment we met her, we knew she was meant to be ours.
Yoko is one of the sweetest, most loving dogs I’ve ever had. She’s gentle, affectionate, and always wants to be close to her people. She may have a little wild side, but growing up with three brothers taught her how to stand up for herself.
She absolutely loves her dad and pretty much every guy she meets. She is truly perfect, and I love her more than words can say.
Mr. Banks
Mr. Banks is Yoko’s brother. When the litter was originally being adopted out, we could only take one dog, and Banks was adopted with his brother Rocco as a bonded pair.
Not long after, their owners discovered they were allergic. The moment we heard, we jumped in without hesitation. I adopted Mr. Banks, and my amazing friend Julia adopted Rocco.
Mr. Banks has the biggest personality. He reminds me of Stitch from Lilo & Stitch — wild, mischievous, hilarious, and incredibly loving all at the same time.
He loves attention, loves making people laugh, and if there’s a pair of sunglasses nearby, he’ll happily wear them.
Jordan
Jordan joined our family in 2024 through Frenchies United Rescue. I knew I wanted to adopt one more dog… I just didn’t realize we’d end up adopting two more! 😂
When Jordan first came home, the transition was a little stressful. He had been a stray and had been through a lot before finding his way to us.
Today, Jordan is a giant potato and one of the biggest love bugs you’ll ever meet. He’s a total mama’s boy whose favorite things are cuddles, naps, and food.
Watch out though — if you’re not paying attention, Jordan will happily volunteer to eat everyone’s lunch. I honestly don’t know what I would do without him.
Pike
Oh, Pike… where do I even begin?
Pike was dropped off at our house when he was just a tiny one-pound puppy. The moment I saw him, I knew there was no way I was letting him out of my sight.
He’s a mix of Poodle, Chihuahua, Pomeranian, and probably a little bit of everything else. We named him Pike after Starbucks Pike Place because he looked like a little Pike. 😂
Pike may be small, but he has a huge personality. He barks, gets into trouble, and completely thinks he’s a Frenchie. He loves his brothers and sister so much, and life would not be the same without him.
On The Road
When I’m not chasing Frenchies around, I’m performing throughout Southern California as a singer and musician.
